Expander Sets are required when using Open-Head Core Drill Bits. Attachment is simply done by mounting the expander set to the bottom of the drill bit and threaded onto a Gas-Powered Core Drill or an Electric Core Drill. The Expander Set can be reused multiple times as coring bits wear down and are changed. A different set is mandatory for each OD bit size used.
