Porta-Screen® Trays with No.16 to 80 (1.18mm to 180µm) openings have ribs underneath to support the cloth. Trays finer than No.100 (150µm) have No.4 stainless steel Backing Cloth instead of support ribs. Backing Cloth prevents sagging and distorted openings, extending the life of the primary cloth, and is an option for other fine series trays. Pre-cut ASTM E11 Replacement Cloth sections are available, as well as Blank Trays with no cloth. The Porta-Screen Tray Holding Rack organizes screens for storage.

Optional Verification services upgrade standard Compliance Grade Porta-Screen Trays to ASTM E11 Inspection or Calibration Grades. Verification provides traceable documentation of screen tray conformance and increases the confidence level of the opening size standard deviation from 66% to 99.0% for Inspection, and 99.73% for Calibration Grades. Inspection or Calibration Verification Services are ordered by selecting from the Tray Verification drop-down menu. Trays with Backing Cloth cannot be verified.
