Digital Probe Thermometer with Timer has a temperature range of 32°–392°F (0–200°C). Features include a 99-minute countdown timer and is switchable between °F and °C. The 6in (152.4mm) long stainless steel probe and 4ft (1.2m) cord are heat resistant to 485°F (252°C). The unit has a 24-hour countdown capacity and features an automatic alarm that sounds when the time or temperature limit is reached. Time and temperature functions can be used separately or simultaneously. The display swivels for easy reading. The timer can be used as a stand-up unit or mounted on the oven with built-in magnets. Accuracy is ±2°C. A probe and two AAA batteries are included.
