Moldable Sealant for NCAT Asphalt Permeameter is an easy-to-use moldable putty/sealant that secures the AP-1B NCAT Asphalt Field Permeameter to pavement surfaces during field testing. The adhesive putty is placed on the permeameter base, and the unit is positioned and seated against the pavement. 5lb container.
