Continuous-Flow Screen Trays

Inclined Screen Trays are used exclusively in Gilson’s Continuous-Flow Screen for scalping and small-scale continuous feed production. All Continuous-Flow Screen Trays are constructed of painted steel. Mesh is ASTM E11 Testing Grade stainless steel.

Trays operate in an inclined position, discharging oversize material out of the front chute. Screen area is the same as the Gilson Testing Screen and Test-Master® Trays, and the Replacement Wire Cloth sections are interchangeable.
