Lower Supporting Cradle

Lower Supporting Cradle is a unique design that allows it to be attached to the base of a Gilson MS-36 Lottman Breaking Head for determining the resistance to rutting (rutting tolerance) at high temperatures of asphalt mixtures. The cradle easily fits onto the Lottman Breaking Head by removing the lower loading strip and replacing it with the lower supporting cradle using the same bolts. Accommodates a 150mm dia. Superpave Gyratory, Marshall, or field core specimen.
