The Halogen Moisture Analyzer delivers fast, precise moisture analysis for laboratories and production environments that require reliable results with minimal downtime. Using advanced halogen heating and thermogravimetric measurement technology, it accurately determines moisture content, dry residue, solid content, and moisture regain in a fraction of the time traditional oven-drying methods require.
Designed for daily laboratory and industrial use, the analyzer features a large 5in color touchscreen that displays real-time weight, moisture values, and drying curves throughout the testing process. Fast, standard, and mild drying programs, combined with automatic, timed, and manual shutoff modes, accommodate different sample types and testing requirements. The drying temperature is adjustable from 104–356°F (40–180°C) in 1°C increments.
The analyzer stores up to 100 records and includes an RS-232 communication interface for transferring data. Its rugged, chemical-resistant housing and stainless steel sample components make it ideal for food processing, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, plastics, chemicals, and research laboratory applications.
