Polyester/Nylon Cloth

Polyester or Nylon Cut to Order Cloth can be used for special applications where metallic wire cloth cannot be used. Both types of cloth have consistent openings equivalent to US Standard sizes from No. 6 to No. 635, as well as 15, 10, and 7µm sizes. Average openings and thread diameter may vary substantially from ASTM E11 tolerances for metallic woven wire cloth.

Screen Cloth Fabric is supplied cut within the limitations of standard 46in (1,168mm) roll width. Each piece of cut cloth is priced by the full square foot, so one 10x10in (254x254mm) would both be priced at one square foot. The prices shown are for square or rectangular pieces cut to the dimensions specified. Inquire for pricing of smaller pieces, special shapes, or pieces wider than standard 46in (1168mm) roll width.

Polyester Screen Cloth has good abrasion resistance and very good wet stability. It is very resistant to most acids and alkalis with a pH of 9-10.

Nylon Screen Cloth has excellent abrasion resistance, high tensile strength is resistant at high pH conditions, but tends to stretch when wet.
