BS-48 NIST Portland Cement, No.1884b is a standard reference material used for validation of test methods prescribed in ASTM C114/AASHTO T 105 for x-ray spectroscopic and chemical analysis of Portland cement products. The cement is ground to pass through a 75μm (No.200) sieve. Supplied with NIST certificate of analysis in 5 sealed vials, each with approximately 4.5g of cement.
