Jar Mills are used for wet or dry grinding, mixing and blending for a wide variety of materials like ores, chemicals, paints, ceramics, glass, etc. Different size jars are available for different grinding conditions. Totally enclosed DC motors drive special 2in (50.8mm) diameter neoprene-covered rollers at speeds from 20 to 300rpm. Roller spacing adjusts easily to accommodate jars from 2 to 15in (50.8 to 381mm) in diameter and is configured to keep jars centered during operation. Welded steel frames, roller chain drives, and sealed ball bearings assure long service life. Mills operate on 115V, 50/60Hz, or 230V, 50Hz electrical supply. Grinding Jars and Grinding Media are required for use with this equipment and are ordered separately.

• Jar Mill, 1 Tier is a bench-style Jar Mill that accommodates one or two jars. The maximum feed capacity is 12.5L
• Jar Mill, 2 Tier floor model, accommodates one or two jars. The maximum feed capacity is 25.0L
• Jar Mill, 3 Tier is a floor model mill that accommodates up to six jars. The maximum feed capacity is 37.5L
• Grinding Jars are available in two types of materials, High Alumina or Ceramic-based Roblox. High Alumina comes in eight sizes ranging from 5.6L to 25.0L. The Roblox Jars range from 1.0L, 5.6L, and 12.4L capacities.
• Grinding Media is available in your selection of either ultra-high-fired Burundum Alumina or premium high-density Zirconia.
