Compaction Ring

Compaction Ring is used with the Basic Swell Consolidometer in testing for soil swell and expansion. The ring serves as the soil mold for compaction and holds the compacted sample for testing. Ordering additional rings for sample preparation increases productivity.

HMA-841 is for use with a 2.44in (62mm) specimen size

HMA-842 is for use with a 2.5in (63.5mm) specimen size
