6.9ft³ Despatch Electric Oven, 400°F Max (Standard)

6.9ft³ Chamber Despatch Electric Ovens, Standard have 6.9ft³ (196L) capacity and forced-air convection. The model DOL-69 series ovens have two chamber doors and come with two heavy-duty shelves with 200lb (91kg) capacity. A single setpoint digital proportioning controller and rocker switches control power and heat. Top-mounted fan and side plenums optimize heat distribution, promoting faster and more even drying. Rated temperature uniformity is ±3° at 150°C. Ovens are not supplied with a cord, and plug must be hard-wired into the electrical supply.

Optional Countdown Timer for Economy & Standard Ovens shuts down the heater at the end of each cycle time. The default range is 99.9 hours, but can be changed to 999, 9.99, or .999 hours or minutes.
