A portable Asphalt/Concrete Mixer is ideal for sample or small batch mixing in just about any setting. The enameled-steel mixer holds a utility bucket securely in place. As the bucket rotates at 60rpm, a stationary Mixing Paddle scrapes sides and bottom of the bucket to ensure thorough mixing. All units have 1/2hp motor, on/off switch, fuse protection, 8ft cord with three-prong plug. Assembly manual included. 115V/60Hz power supply is standard; for 230V/50Hz add F to model number suffix.

MA-66 Light-Duty Stationary Mixer includes a removable 5gal Utility Bucket and Standard Mixing Paddle. A Deluxe Mixing Paddle with extra fins is available for heavy loads. MA-66 is powered by a constant speed motor and belt pulley. Other heavy-duty models are best for asphalt mixes.

MA-67 and MA-68 Heavy-duty Mobile Mixers use 5gal and 10gal Utility Buckets, respectively, and are equipped with 8in wheels for maximum mobility. By using a direct drive motor more power is generated for mixing. Mixing paddles not included. Order recommended Asphalt and Concrete Paddles separately. Inquire for other available paddles.

Gilson recommends MA-67 Mixer with MAA-146 Paddle for most asphalt and MAA-148 Paddle for concrete work. The 5gal bucket can be preheated in ovens. 230V/50Hz MA-67F unit is supplied with a 1hp motor.
