Banner Line Centrifuge Extractors are available in automatic models of 1,500g and 3,000g capacity with open or explosion-proof motor options.

Inner bowl, inner cover, and nut are included with all models. Outer Cover latches securely in place and has handles for easy removal after test. All contact parts are corrosion resistant lightweight cast aluminum.

The Banner Line Timer Controlled Extractor runs unattended according to a preset time (1-10 minutes) and preset maximum speed is reached via an electronic acceleration control. The unit stops and brakes automatically when time expires, and resets to repeat for the next test at a touch of the start button. Actual speed is displayed while running. The separate control box is designed for wall mounting or other remote position, attached by flexible conduit to the centrifuge. All 1,500g units measure approximately 17x17x18in (432x432x457mm), and larger 3,000g units are approximately 18x18x19in (457x457x483mm). All have four mounting holes in base.

Ten 627 grade filter rings are included; order extras in packs of 100. 1,500g extractors use 10in diameter rings with 5in center hole. 3,000g models use 12-1/4in diameter rings with 5in center holes. When using terpene-based biodegradable solvents, order special 904 grade filter rings. Est. Ship Wt.: 393lb (178kg).
