Zeitfuchs® Cross-Arm Viscometers

Zeitfuchs® Cross-Arm Viscometers measure the kinematic viscosity of bitumen and road oils at 140°F (60°C) and asphalt cements at 275°F (135°C). Viscometer models test a wide range of product viscosities from 0.6 to 100,000 centistokes (cSt), each with ±0.2% precision of the stated viscosity range.

The small sample volume of 1 to 3mL allows the viscometers to easily be filled or cleaned while immersed in Constant Temperature Viscosity Bath. A minimum immersion depth of 9in (230mm) is required. Each unit is supplied with a Certificate of Calibration. A 2in (51mm) diameter Plastic Viscometer Holder is required and can be purchased separately.
