ASTM Releases Updates to Test Sieving Manual

ASTM has just released the newly updated fifth edition of the MNL32 Test Sieving Methods Manual, also known as Manual 32.

Compiled by ASTM Committee E29 on particle and spray characterization, this manual is a guide to test sieving practices and a supplement to the many ASTM standards related to the sieve analysis of materials.

It includes discussion of different sieve types, standard methods and procedures, as well as practices for sampling and quality control programs.
