6.7ft³ Chamber Despatch Electric Oven, Deluxe has 6.7ft³ (190L) capacity and forced-air convection with an adjustable damper. Despatch Protocol 3™ microprocessor controller has self-diagnostic and calibrating capabilities, password security, and a recovery system for power failures. Ovens operate at a single setpoint in timed cycles or up to 255 total ramp and soak profile segments in 64 programs. Additional options allow control of multiple units from a remote PC. Also featured on this oven is a large LED temperature display and LCD status display. Deluxe DOC Series Ovens by Despatch have superior thermal uniformity.
