3.8ft³ Chamber Despatch Electric Oven, Deluxe has 3.8ft³ (108L) capacity and forced air convection with an adjustable damper. Despatch Protocol 3™ microprocessor controller has self-diagnostic and calibrating capabilities, password security, and a recovery system for power failures. Ovens operate at a single setpoint, in timed cycles, or up to 255 total ramps and soak profile segments in 64 programs. Additional options allow control of multiple units from a remote PC. Also featured on this oven is a large LED temperature display and LCD status display. Deluxe DOC Series Ovens by Despatch have superior thermal uniformity. Includes two standard shelves with a 50lb (23kg) capacity.
